“There were an incredible amount of tiny ants in the villa, all over the kitchen counter, the food could not be laid out in any way. It was unpleasant”

While we have three houses in a row, this is the only complaint we've received about ants all summer. Our housekeeping staff also advises guests not to leave open food on the counters, especially during the summer months, to help prevent such situations. Despite this issue, I hope you were able to enjoy your vacation overall. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our services. “Die Villa sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Wir waren drei Familien mit insgesamt acht Personen, und die Größe der Villa war absolut ausreichend. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Outdoor-Küche und dem Essbereich im Freien - einfach fantastisch! Das Haus war äußerst sauber, und alle Räume waren klimatisiert, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Auch der Pool war in einem einwandfreien Zustand und wurde alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Bei Fragen stand uns die Agentur jederzeit zur Verfügung und reagiert sehr schnell. Die Parkplätze vor Ort waren ein großer Pluspunkt, und der Strand ist tatsächlich nur wenige Schritte von der Villa entfernt. Die Umgebung ist zudem sehr ruhig und entspannend. Wir würden die Villa jedem gast uneingeschränkt empfehlen!”

“Usually use Air BnB or Booking.com but stumbled across VIP Holiday Booker and so glad we did. Great service and our host in Croatia could not do enough for us. The one thing I'd say is the website pictures did not do the villa justice. It had upgrades that hadn't been advertised and was even better than we expected. A cash deposit was required but handed straight back on check out so not a problem and even allowed us to pay it in our own currency so we weren’t left with loads of Euros at the end of our holiday. No hidden cost. Will definitely be my go to from now on.”

“Schönes Haus in sehr schönem Gebiet. Der Pool außen und innen sind super!! 2 große Kühlschränke in der Villa waren ausreichend. Die Managerin Nensi hat uns die besten Infos für Restaurants und weiteres per WhatsApp mitgeteilt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!”
