“Ivana made our stay at Miara Luxury Rooms a wonderful experience! She was so friendly, communicative, and helpful! She truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Of course, the apartment was beautiful, charming, yet with super modern amenities. It was perfectly situated just steps from the Old Town; so, we were able to enjoy more peaceful surroundings away from the massive crowds. Would highly recommend this property! And I would also encourage the owner to keep Ivana content since she is a valuable asset!!!”

“I recently had the pleasure of booking a holiday villa through this fantastic company, and I must say that the entire process was an absolute breeze. From the moment I reached out to inquire about their offerings, to the moment we checked out, the team ensured that we were well-informed and supported every step of the way. One of the key highlights of our experience was the exceptional customer service provided by Danijela. She was always prompt in her responses and eager to assist with any queries or concerns we had. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, as she effortlessly guided us through the booking process and ensured that all our questions were promptly addressed. It truly made us feel valued as customers, and we felt reassured knowing that we were in capable hands. Moreover, the company's commitment to communication was outstanding. We were consistently updated with any correspondence, from the initial booking confirmation to the pre-arrival instructions and even during our stay. This level of attentiveness demonstrated their dedication to delivering a seamless experience and their genuine concern for our comfort and satisfaction. The villa itself exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully appointed, clean, and well-maintained. The attention to detail in every aspect of the property was commendable. We truly felt like we were staying in a luxurious home away from home. Overall, I cannot recommend this holiday villa company enough. Their dedication to exceptional customer service, coupled with the ease and efficiency of the entire process, made our vacation truly memorable. If you're looking for a stress-free and personalized villa experience, look no further. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future.”

Vielen Dank!!!”
