“Overall very clear and easy to use. Only problem I encountered was adding my wife as an additional visa applicant, which was a bit convoluted and could be explained more clearly.”

“Easy to enter information and I like the green check to confirm progress. Found the uploading procedures for the 2 photos confusing. Process needs to be simplified by requesting photo of passport first with green check, and then photo second.”

“The services you provide are great. It's really helpful to have VisaHQ navigate the visa process for you. Customer service needs to be improved, though. When I call, it's very unprofessional. It sounds like some random guy sitting on the couch. It makes me question whether it's a legitimate company when I'm talking to customer service. More training is definitely needed in that department.”
