“Perfect service , perfect team but very expensive fees”

“Nothing went right with my husband's application to Tanzania. The officer handling his file was not aware of the travel restrictions on Syrian nationals. Visa HQ collected a hefty processing fee without advising us if the restrictions...”

“I created quite a mess trying to get our passports reported lost. Then I found them...Carlos did a fantastic job of understanding my mess, untangling it and offering a quick solution! He did a great job, helped me out of a predicament and provided excellent, prompt customer service.”

“Communication: We were given a link to a Visa HQ tracking www, which set up expectations, but nothing was ever posted. - Even "we've sent it off to the Russian Embassy. We won't be able to give interim progress reports, unless there is a problem." would have been appreciated and helped us manage our expectations.”

“My visa wasn't straight forward but still it went through efficiently and successfully. I wasn't sure everything had submitted correctly online but I was able to confirm via phone call (in Australia!).”
