“An allotment friend found an 'old bag of poles and a cover', and wanted to get rid of it. I took it away to see what it was, from the soggy paper in a bag, I found it was a 21/008 polytunnel. After many online searches for the build manual, with no success, I emailed the VonHaus customer help...and they found and sent me a copy of this very old manual, within an hour of two!! Just need to buy a few replacement bolts and I have 2m x 3m polytunnel. Thanks again VonHaus!”

My grass cleaning machine broke on the Sunday so I emailed in to let them know (it was under a two-year warranty and 10 months old) and in less than two hours I had a reply, giving clear instructions on how to make a return and that the process of ordering a replacement was already started. My broken machine was picked up by Evri and a new replacement was here by Thursday morning! Very efficient and very good communication. Thank you :)”
