“Excellent service. Items well packaged and arrived in good time. Beautiful quality items. I love this online shop!! It’s my first go to place Only one negative is the price of shipping. I wanted to buy a wee side table but the postage was £60 so I decided not to go for it. I live on mainland Scotland too. Anyway, that’s the only negative I have ever had and I’ve bought many many items from the outlet. Thank you Voyage Outlet 😊”

“Initial two orders were accepted but one item then unexpectedly cancelled - presumably not in stock but otherwise communication was very good. The only comment was that the packaging seemed a little excessive - a smallish picture arrived double wrapped in one box and then in another huge box - it kept it well secure but a little OTT in this day and age! BUT - the clearance basket is very good value and I will certainly purchase again.”

“I have a broken zip on one cover but the lovely lot at Customer services are dealing with it . If I get satisfaction I’ll be very happy as the chair and delivery has been perfect .”

“hello, yes i recieved goods from yourselves which i absolutely love , only to find that your company no longer post items to northern ireland so i am unable to continue being a customer. I rater you 5 for goods but clearly upset that i can no longer purchase anything from you having been a loyal customer for two years.”

Good afternoon Linda, I'm so glad you love the products you have received and gave us a 5-star review. I would just like to clear things up in case there has been any confusion or miscommunication, The good news is, we do still ship to Northern Ireland, we had a slight technical issue with our website where it wasn't allowing customers to input a Northern Irish address or calculate shipping, this only lasted a few days and has been fully resolved now.
