Dear Denise, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry we haven’t managed to agree a book in slot for your furniture. We have a 3rd party company who are furniture specialists, and they handle our furniture deliveries for us, they have advised us that they did offer a few dates however none were suitable resulting in this order being cancelled. “Am so disappointed, I ordered 14 metres of wallpaper, which should of come in one continuous roll but instead arrived in two separate rolls so now am left, because of pattern repeat, without enough to finish the wall. Customer service were not helpful at all.”

Hi Anne Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I believe that you placed a wallpaper order to be delivered to Northern Ireland but then redirected the wallpaper to a Republic of Ireland address at your own cost. As we mentioned at the time we are happy to replace this for you, However we can only deliver to the original delivery address and not the address that you forwarded the wallpaper to. “Iv loved my purchases on voyage. Though haven't liked how prices seem to go up and down a lot and I had contacted customer service to enquire about availability of a certain footstool and noone ever got back to me. But the products are excellent and I can't fault the quality.”
