“I ordered two items from Voyage Outlet. The first was delivered so quickly that I was amazed, however a number of weeks went by with no sign of my second item, ordered on the same day, no update from anyone. Eventually I got in touch to be told that the item wasn't in stock and they were waiting for delivery at the Outlet. I do understand that this happens, but it would have been good to have been informed. The items were matching and I had a particular event at home that I wanted the new additions for. As this date came and went I cancelled the second item and have received a refund without any difficulties. It would have been a 5* review if based on my one delivered item, just a bit of a lack in communication really.”

I have had a look at the tracking of your order and DPD have attempted to deliver your order twice unsuccessfully on the 29th and 30th of April. It was then taken to your local pickup shop but as it was not picked up within 10 days they have now sent this back to Voyage.
