“I love the Voyage Maison items and love the outlet even more due to the much reduced prices. Recently I purchased a lamp with the Albers Ironstone shade and it is just lovely. I now have two matching shades in my living room and they look great, especially as I moved into a new home recently.”

“I ordered two items from Voyage Outlet. The first was delivered so quickly that I was amazed, however a number of weeks went by with no sign of my second item, ordered on the same day, no update from anyone. Eventually I got in touch to be told that the item wasn't in stock and they were waiting for delivery at the Outlet. I do understand that this happens, but it would have been good to have been informed. The items were matching and I had a particular event at home that I wanted the new additions for. As this date came and went I cancelled the second item and have received a refund without any difficulties. It would have been a 5* review if based on my one delivered item, just a bit of a lack in communication really.”

“I bought expensive curtains. They arrived with blood all over the tops and down one side. They cost me more than any other curtains and they're in this state. I can not believe it. Very dissatisfied indeed that these were sent. Covered in someone's blood.”

Hi Marie Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate the feedback. I have had a look at the tracking of your order and DPD have attempted to deliver your order twice unsuccessfully on the 29th and 30th of April. It was then taken to your local pickup shop but as it was not picked up within 10 days they have now sent this back to Voyage. “Absolutely love VOYAGE products. Wish you had an outlet shop to view items...especially when purchasing chairs and furniture. Find the postage expensive - it ha spit me off buying items in the past. Difficult returning items too.”
