“Great quality fitness clothing. Perfect material and breathable. Price was worth it. However, gutted of the postage costing £8.00 to send back. Rachel was amazing the customer service assistant and emailed me straight away with relation to refund process. Would recommend.”

“I received a faulty item from them but as soon as I contacted them about it they responded in a timely manner. I spoke with Charlotte who was extremely helpful, she managed to resolve the issue and send me a replacement item the same day.”

“Ordered for the first time at Vanquish Fitness. Had to wait more than 6 weeks for delivery, but this was due to Brexit problems. I ordered a Navy sweatpants and it fits really perfect. Very nice, no complains about my order. I guess delivery out of GB will soon be easier.”

“In my package was unfortunately missing 1 product out of 5 products. I was quickly and directly from the very nice lady Charlotte of the Customer service helped. A reply from Charlotte came after a few minutes. The price, the Customer Service and delivery except for the missing product are TOP. The quality also looks good. Thanks to Charlotte”

“So I purchased some clothes and two of the three things was great. The material is awesome and super comfy. The crop long sleeve I ordered came with a hole in the sleeve. I immediately contacted customer service and Chelsea was very helpful. She immediately offered me some options to either get my money back or have the same product sent to me. I chose these gift card but I was very pleased with their service. Chelsea was very nice and got things done in a promptly manner.”

“After been left hanging by a customer service team member in a situation regarding non delivery, Chelsea who then dealt with the situation dealt with it swiftly and replaced the items. To be fair this was the first time there has been a situation but the first representative I dealt with was brutal. That aside always happy with my items and sizes”

“Vanquish customer service is great and fast and the clothes are great however they still need to work on the women's lougewear but as it's not their main priority I understand why it's not as good as the men's.”
