“So I purchased some clothes and two of the three things was great. The material is awesome and super comfy. The crop long sleeve I ordered came with a hole in the sleeve. I immediately contacted customer service and Chelsea was very helpful. She immediately offered me some options to either get my money back or have the same product sent to me. I chose these gift card but I was very pleased with their service. Chelsea was very nice and got things done in a promptly manner.”
“After been left hanging by a customer service team member in a situation regarding non delivery, Chelsea who then dealt with the situation dealt with it swiftly and replaced the items. To be fair this was the first time there has been a situation but the first representative I dealt with was brutal. That aside always happy with my items and sizes”
