“First time buying from Vanquish, so far I have found them to be not bad overall as a brand.
Customer service is kind of strange. I had 3 customer service representatives help me. Chris, Charolette, and Chelsea. The first response was from Chris, second response from Charolette and my final response from Chelsea. The response from Chris to Charolette was kind of annoying, as Charolette wasn’t too helpful and seemed to not read the previous message from Chris and I. I found Chelsea to be very helpful and quick to resolve my issue. I had a defective/faulty item sent to me and she made it easy for me to give them another chance.
In terms of clothing, their leggings and top for women are pretty comfortable. Their joggers for women were not bad either but not the greatest thing I’ve worn. Im used to the comfort of gymshark’s clothes but wanted to give vanquish a try.
I’m not sure how exchanges or returns work, whether they’re free or not so that’s one thing to keep in mind.”
