“Initially my order had been delivered incorrectly but Once I made Vanquish aware they were pro active in responding to my email and managed to solve the miscommunication with the delivery within 48 hrs. The service I recieved from them after they understood the error was great and I would like to say thank you to Charlotte for helping me get it sorted. The clothing fits great and I will be buying from them again in the future. Delivery was also very prompt :)”

“This company was excellent when it came to helping me when one of my orders was misdirected in the post. My thanks especially to Charlotte who kept me fully informed with up to date information on the whereabouts of the order. Once I was able to confirm the item had not been delivered to my address, Charlotte arranged for a new delivery to be dispatched immediately once she had proof of me not having received my order.
