“Ordered a pair of leggings and they arrived within a week. The material is great, a little big round the ankles but I rolled them up slightly and they were perfect (I have tiny ankles so it's a common problem with clothes)
Unfortunately I only wore them once and they ripped at the waistband. I got in contact with customer service and a lovely woman named Chelsea assisted me. She replied almost instantly and told me my options. I received a lovely gift card and was told I could keep the damaged item-saves me returning them.”

“they are a very serious company and responded email very fast, I Present a few issues but Chelsea was able to resolve , thing you should keep in mind if you live in USA you would get charge an International fee and returning an item back is very expensive , luckily they offer a collection back at £20 also got a International fee on this too, but was better option that send by myself.”
