“I ordered an XL that was too big I’m 230 lbs 5’8” BF 12%. I exchanged for a smaller size L. Only drawback is they don’t cover shipping and I live in USA so it costs $24.00. Thankfully the issue was resolved and I received a discounted order On my next purchase.”

“Ordered a pair of leggings and they arrived within a week. The material is great, a little big round the ankles but I rolled them up slightly and they were perfect (I have tiny ankles so it's a common problem with clothes) Unfortunately I only wore them once and they ripped at the waistband. I got in contact with customer service and a lovely woman named Chelsea assisted me. She replied almost instantly and told me my options. I received a lovely gift card and was told I could keep the damaged item-saves me returning them.”

“One of the pairs of leggings I ordered were quite see through. The other pair were great but unfortunately didn’t fit. The help page was great for details on how to return items and the refund happened very quickly.”

“Vanquish Fitness is moderately priced (US dollar) and clothing materials are not quality. Customer service has quick response and offered store credit for damage items received. Easy to communicate via email.”

“they are a very serious company and responded email very fast, I Present a few issues but Chelsea was able to resolve , thing you should keep in mind if you live in USA you would get charge an International fee and returning an item back is very expensive , luckily they offer a collection back at £20 also got a International fee on this too, but was better option that send by myself.”

“Good customer service only downfall is expensive to return/exchange items. Always look at sizing and size up from other countries. They worked well with me to try and get right size for me as well as turning around to sending back the exchange I needed back to me.”

“Items were good quality but unfortunately a bit on the big side in me. But still worth it as the prices were very good for the sale period they had. Delivery was very quick as was the returns and refund of this. Will definitely buy from here again :)”
