“I have about 8ft. 6in. clearance in my garage and had more than enough room for this rig. There are no instructions but a little common sense goes a long way. Concrete bit and a drill for the floor mount kit and a few 2X10s screwed into the wall studs then lag screw the rack to the 2X10s and your done. Took me less than and hour with a buddy to help. I did local pick up so I don't know how the freight is. I live 90mins away and they had it ready to go with no problems. Emails were answered quickly. With all that being said this rig is awesome. I weigh in at 235 lbs and I can do kipping pull ups without worry of it coming down. It is well constructed and affordable. I have purchased other equipment (bumper plates and female Crossfit Olympic bar) from Vulcan as well and they have yet to let me down. I will continue to buy from Vulcan.”

“I've heard that Vulcan bars were right up there with high end bars and they are correct. Well built bar with great whip for those heavy Olympic lifts. As far as the bumper plates go I have no complaints. This is for an at home gym for three individuals and they serve their purpose well. They are a great training plate. I purchased these on line in the morning and they were ready for pick up in the afternoon. Vulcan was quick to return all my emails. I will definitely purchase more equipment from Vulcan. Thank you so much.”

“We got 1 of these bars to try out. Our ladies absolutely loved it! Best whip, and smoothest, fastest spin of any other bar we've used. Perfect knurling. The girls started fighting over it so much, more had to be purchased. You absolutely CAN NOT find a better bar anywhere close to the price of this one. Best bar/value, hands down.”

“I tried to send my review but was told I was 600 some words over the allowance. My review was completely positive and I am annoyed to edit it. Your product is outstanding. I was planning on spending less than half what I paid. I don't regret my purchase, these are a great value, precision cut they fit like a honeymoon, V-LOCK mould into each other, large mass adds leverage, quiet for insomnia with frontal lobe neuropathy and fracture to C-3. Prompt service and followup. Fantastic.”

“Purchased this set up for home gym. Extremely fast shipping, easy to set up the GHD and squat stand. Great oly bar and bumper weights with weight rack. Jump rope surprisingly sweeter than other ropes that I have used in the past. Overall I would highly recommend this package.”

“Excellent Product from a Fantastic company that gets it (customer service). I am extremely satisfied with my Vulcan Bumper plates, and all around ordering experience. I ordered the plates from Vulcan after reading great reviews on the plates in several forums and Vulcan also had the best price. I ordered the plates when they were on backorder and Vulcan worked with me every step of the way to get them to me as quick as possible. In the future, Vulcan will be my go to source for equipment.”
