“Preordered several items. Had some problems with at least one of the orders and it was not always easy to get in touch with Vulcan. When I was able to speak to representatives, however, they were very helpful. Products seem to be good quality.”

“Vulcan has a solid system for sending info on your order, and does great tracking after an order is placed. All in all, it seems like a great manufacturer that balances premium quality with accessible pricing. But because of the severe pandemic equipment shortages, they really need a more elegant system for reserving and purchasing pre-order items, and for sending out stock alerts. (Though the same can be said for Vulcan competitors.)”

“I emailed customer service about some blemishes on the steel insert of the plates I received. They took the time to explain their manufacturing process and the nature of the materials used, which I appreciated. I think they would do well to set expectations on certain aspects of their products, i.e. "not uniform in appearance," and posting more than one picture of a product, at multiple angles, etc.”

“Great value equipment. Price is right and equipment is solid. Only reservation is packing for shipping. I’ve ordered two items and. It’s came slightly damaged. It wasn’t a carrier issue either. Just minor rubbing and jostling causing finish damage. Too bad. Otherwise stuff is great.”

“The product finally showed up took a couple months but finally showed up minus one box. I’m having issues getting updates on this one box through ups. The product that did show up is awesome well put together. I would recommend Vulcan to anyone. Thank you Ricardo”

“Great weights, good rubber. Haven’t weighed them but I’m sure they’re calibrated well enough. One problem though, is that the colored speckling gets discolored if exposed to the sun, for example, if left by a window.”
