“Setup took 30min-1 hour. Basic tools needed. All bolts/nuts/washers were included, but even if you lose one, its standard stuff you can pickup at any hardware store. System and design is perfect for those who need a bumper storage rack. This is a worthwhile investment, especially for a garage gym. Very Happy with this purchase.”

“Well Ive been around Crossfit for almost 10years now and dealt with many different equipment companies and Vulcan is one of the best in the market. So far the bar and kettlebells that I've purchased have been put through some serious wod times. Not one bad thing to say and they feel like brand new still.”

“Solid rubber bumpers for a very affordable price compared to what's out there. Plates are slightly thinner than the competition too so you can get slightly more on the bar compared to other rubber plates. A bit meaningless, but the colors are a nice touch as no other manufacturer colorized their eco bumper plates.”

“These plates are awesome. They look absolutely amazing on a black oxide bar as well. The fact that you can drop the 10s on their own is perfect for teaching Olympic lift technique. So far they seem extremely durable working on bare driveway pavement. Love them.”

“I ordered the 55lb bumper plates because they were guaranteed with very tight tolerances, the insert was forged instead of pressed which if you know anything about metal work you know that forged is the best possible, and because they offered free shipping. I originally was going to go with rogue simply because of the name but even though rogue was cheaper for the plates once you go to check out the plates are much more expensive with shipping than Vulcan is. Also rogue does not have a forged insert! On reception of the plates I was very impressed with how well they are built. Will definitely be ordering a full bumper set from them in the future to replace the steel set I have now. I was maxed out at 315 for deadlifts with my steel set so I needed more weight immediately so this was the only addition I could make at the moment. Only issue I have is that I wish on their combo sets they would let you pick out exactly what plate weights you want instead of having pre built packages. I also would like it if they included 2.5's and 5's on their packages even if they had to be steel. Great quality product just wish there were more options for the packages.”

“The Olympic bar and bumper set we purchased lives up to the expectations. They have been very durable and are perfect for the home gym we set up. The only thing I wish was different with the plates, though is not characteristic of rubber bumper plates, is that there should be additional places to grip the plates. Otherwise, this has been an outstanding purchase.”
