“the bar is excellent. my brother has a rogue bar but this bar is far superior. the knurling is a lot better on the hands and the spin is excellent, better than rogue.”

“I am not a big write a review guy, but just did my first workout with the new Vulcan Strength Training Systems bells, I gotta say I love them! Workout was 16min Snatch/Swing with the 16K, a great test, I like a dusty dry chalk and they chalked up great, I am sure with water they chalk up great as well. Bells have the same opening as the compacts but the grip on the handle feels incredible! I have never had such a great drop on the Snatch. Min 1 to min 16 felt great. Being a American Kettlebell Alliance Inc member, I got a great price and shipping was very reasonable and bells came in great condition. definitely the new standard for Kettlebells. “I'm actually quite pleased with the product itself. The lack of pictures on the website is a huge mistake because this thing is pretty badass. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the inability to speak with a human. If you call the Vulcan number, no one will pick up...ever! The only way I could get a response was through email. Even though they got back to me in a timely manner,”

“This stand is awesome. It's sturdy, well made, has great features and looks pretty bad to the bone too. I looked for a long time and couldn't find any stand with this great of bang for your buck. To come with quality safety spotter arms and plate storage at this price point makes it perfect. If you are on the fence, buy it and you won't regret it.”

“All of the welds are done well and the brackets are extremely solid. The included mounting hardware were masonry anchors, and I was mounting it to wall studs. Installed with 3/8 x 3" lag screws and a 1 1/4" galvanized pipe from the hardware store for the bar and it didn't even budge with my 260lb frame hanging from it. Well done, Vulcan.”

“After getting to use another companys higher end GHR, I knew I wanted one of these but the prices were crazy. Found this one and hestitant but decided I might as well take a chance. If you want one of these don't think twice, GREAT GHR!!!”
