“I've been using the eBox for only 2 weeks and I keep getting check atomiser which is a known problem with it. There are a couple of tips to correct it but one of them means taking the device apart and pressing a D ring with a pen or similar object. This works for a while and then it goes off again. The eBox isn't a cheap item and you shouldn't have to keep doing this. According to my research there comes a point when these tips don't work at all and the device becomes impossible to use. Very disappointing”

Hello Brian and thank you for your feedback. There are retailers that sell our eLiquid, but they might not sell the full range, as it remains the retailers commercial decision. However, the full range of Vype products is available on our website, and you can either raise an order online, or by telephone, and the Customer Care Team are always on hand to assist.

Hello Jason, and thank you for your feedback on your Vype device. Depending on the device to have, the battery life will vary. For example, the eTank Pro, which is our most powerful device, the battery should last around 8 hours, before it requires charging. A tip for you: when charging the device, wait for the green light to go out on the device (this will indicate the device has been completely charged) and you should get the most operational life out of your device. “The service received is excellent and delivery is quick and reliable. I have the epen and the Pebble, and enjoy both but would still prefer something more like the old estick that was discontinued.”

“I've been using the e-pen system for the last 2 years. I like the simplicity and elegance of the unit, and the ability to change the supply caps within just a few seconds without getting e.liquid all over the place. It is not the cheapest way of vaping, but it is certainly the best. My only mild criticism is that it is cheaper to buy the e.cap refills at my local store than it is to order them direct by mail order. Surely this should be the other way round?”

“The Pebble product is excellent. The style, the handling, design and the cartridge system - the vape is excellent too. When I had problems the customer service was excellent. They gave me extra cartridges for free as an apology. Then when I had some further trouble, they also gave me a free e-Pen kit to see if I get on better with it. As you can see the after service care is very good. They have some really good vape flavours like vanilla, golden tobacco and the master blend... very nice indeed.”
