“Vype e-cigarettes haven't made me happy for months as you didn't have the blended tobacco e-stick tips in for months and now I learn you are discontinuing the e-stick altogether from May 2017 - never mind the customer and what they want!”

“I have been using the E-stick for a little while now, and have been very happy with the format and convenience. Far easier to use than the liquids/refillable pens I have tried, though more expensive. However, I can no longer find e-stick refills locally, which is disappointing. Presumably this model is being phased out. I have seen E-pens for sale, but these look comparatively cumbersome.”

“Design is fine, but battery is tiny and combination battery/charger bigger than equivalent (and cheaper) e ciggies. A case of design outclassing technology.”

“Vape quality tends to get bad once you've reached the middle point on your epen, also can sometimes acquire a burnt taste. This has happened when ive used multiple epens”

“I got a e-Tank Pro and overall I'm happy with it. It's a great device with a good vape. However it uses the liquid really really fast 2 days one bottle gone. I'm refilling 2/3 times a day on a low to moderate use. So that why only 3 stars.”

“Love my Vype have now been using it for 9 months and also recommended to 2 of my friends , they are now using it and love it , only problem is my caps 3 pack there is is often one of them has to go in bin as it does not work”

“Etank pro 6/10 Battery poor 2-3 hours, will need to carry a charger or is there an option to buy a spare battery Vape- taste is good using golden tobacco Why is the drip tip not attached have nearly lost this as it falls off and drips if left on side If the battery life was longer and drip tip attached it would be 10/10”

“On the whole I've been satisfied with my vype etank, and the choice of flavours and strengths is great. I would only ever buy my eliquid from you as the quality is completely unrivaled. Recently however I've found that I'm getting a burnt taste every 2 tokes, even with a new battery and clearomiser which is strange as up till now I hadn't had any issues.”
