“To be honest and as previously disclosed I love your product and quality of your cigarette yet my experience with the availability of cartridges was not pleasant at all... despite the fact that you couldn't facilitate my shipment to Amman -Jordan, the other scenario of sending them via courier (Shop and Ship) was a nightmare!! I've received your confirmation that your products pass customs and after I placed my order on your website, shipment was sent by you to aramex (Shop & Ship) address in London then came to my surprise that the shipment was unacceptable by them and gave me the option of either return the shipment to you for a cost of (20$), send then shipment to any address in UK for a cost of (20$) or destroy the shipment for free!! Again, I don't want to call myself as a loyal customer cause for sure I'm still new customer but I can't say it load that I would love to be a highly frequent customer if this shipment issue is solved with less headaches. Have a lovely day”

“When they are working they are good. Negatives would be that they need to be tilted on side when charging and they use a lot of vape liquid. I have had many issues with coils. Purchased a whole new tank and 1st coil was hazardous popping and sizling and glowing orange and also happens to another brand new tank despite following all instructions. Also there are no instructions or mention where to put rings when purchasing tank. They come with them supplied but nothing that even mentions them.”

“Small, lightweight and easy to use! Downside leaks liquid, flavourless and limited flavours from pebble range, it also doesn't last very long so works over really expensive”

“Lovely smooth drag, has helped me with quiting smoking and are very handy Down side is that there isn't a lot of juice in each vype catridge and they could maybe do with a hint more flavour Is quite expensive for how much juice you actually get”

“This was going to be a full 5 star review as I love the feel of this vype.... yes there is a but coming I'm am going through about a bottle of juice a day as as soon as I fill up I put the ecig down and half of it's gone there must be a leak I have looked and taken it apart but nothing... so would have been a great ecig but it's leaky”

“Overall happy with pebble. Golden tobacco and master blend flavours were quite disappointing. Wish I had stuck to vanilla and mint.”

“In general vype products are ok as an alternative to a real cigarette with the exception of the new pebble, unfortunately I just seem to get liquid on my tongue. It would also be useful if a wider choice of your products were available in shops and not just online.”

“Some leakage in my vype pebble cartridge. Unacceptable as it says it is unleakable!! Have quit smoking using the device and push and go cartridge is convenient and easy to use for beginners.”
