Vote E-cigarette has worked brilliantly for my partner. Trying to ring through as apparently what he uses has been re called to be told their offices are closed when apparently they open at 9am. It’s now 9.30 and I have to work. So not impressed with the customer service side at all

the pro tank is very good and well made ,i am a quite heavy user ,and i would like the batteries would last longer ,the atomiser ,however are a bit hit and miss ,i have had several that last only 2-3 days ,whilst others last up to 10 or more ,works out a little expensive if this happens ,all in all exceptable ,but improvements could be made on life of batteries and atomisers

Vype ecigs have been good in the past, last week I purchased a pebble. Decided to try something new, I have been disappointed to say the least. The battery lasts about an hour. The refills last less than a day (the usual bottles last me a week with the tank I have) this was on offer, but I won't be buying this again.

I press the button 3 times quickly to switch on, then inhale, it seems to switch itself off because I cannot inhale any more. Then I press 3 times again and then I can inhale. Is this how it works?

They didn't. New battery just charged only letting me inhale once then it starts flashing red. Don't know what the problem is.

Just purchased a pebble. Terrible. Each of the refills last a day, the bottles for the tank I usually use last me a week. The battery doesn't seem to last more than a couple of hours. Think I may have wasted a reasonable amount of money trying something new.

Hello Mark. Thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to read of the issues you have had with your device. The battery on the Pebble should last around 6-9 hours, depending on usage. Also, if the light on the device turns red, there should still be around 50% battery life on the device. Had a E-Tank before but lost it so ordered another. Liquids taste really nice with the Vype E-Cigs but delivery has taken a bit longer this time.

Very reasonable price for the pebble, good amount of smoke produced for a small and discrete machine. Would love a longer lasting battery and the flavours to be stronger.

The ecig is really good but I've had 2 faulty coils. One didn't work and the other got too hot and burnt my lips

I like the taste of the epen flavours however they leak sometimes and it is hassle returning them to you. I am currently waiting for an authorisation code so I can return a faulty cartridge and this is taking far too ling

Generally good experience with the Vype E Box, battery life good and the Vype liquids seem to me to be the best available. On the downside I have had one tank crack when I opened it to refill it this was potentially dangerous as it was glass. Also the atomisers seem to quite quickly start display the 'Check atomiser' message and sometimes fail to work. The service could be better. Last week I ordered three replacemnet coils and they arrived next day. I found the first one to give the 'low resistance' message so faulty straight out of the box. The customer service person asked me to try the next one, which worked and said a replacement would be sent out. That was over a week ago and still nothing so not impressed with that.

Well researched product by a trysted supplier. The batteries of my e tank could be better but the overall product is OK

They have helped me give up smoking and I feel better but the batteries run out very quickly

I have tried several Vype devices but my favourite is the new Pebble. It's neat and fits into the palm of your hand and it's so clean and easy to change the cartridge. I just wish the batteries were more reliable.
