Quiet good for taste charge doesn't last to long around 2-3 hours an feels like I'm sucking a watermelon through a hose

Very happy with the vype e pen and e tank (although struggle to find stocks of the clearomiser to replace!) however have had 3 pebbles and each one has spat out liquid into my throats while using!

liked 'e' stick - since product withdrawal have tried 'e' pen, 'e' tank and pebble. Pen and tank not bad, pebble a disaster!

Vipe e-cigarettes have helped me cut down on tobacco products. The e-pens I am using are not that good, one broke after a short while but was replaced now the two my wife & I are using are playing up, flashing red all the time.

I do enjoy vaping and having been a smoker of Golden Virginia roll ups for over 60years I was now paying the price by suffering a terrible cough and now had COPD confirmed. Since switching to your e-cigs however it is 3years since I smoked a rollup and the desire for one has abated completely. In addition my awful cough has gone.

Not much wrong with the product and have been using vype for some time. My only gripe would be with delivery. I normally pay for next day but it's typically 2 days so decided to use standard which turns out to be a week. Anyway I'll rethink ordering

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. For our next day delivery service, so long as the order is made before 4pm between Monday to Thursday, the order should reach you the next day. If you do not receive any order you make within the specified timeframe, contact the Customer Care Team, who can look into this further for you.

had 3 vpens battery dies too soon. stuck with 3 that don't charge at all and with lots of inserts for them...poor

Switched from cigarettes to the e pen overnight, easier than I ever thought it would be. Fast delivery. Good cust service however... I find there is often a taste like burning plastic & sometimes have to discard a capsule & use a new one. Cleaned the tip but still the same. Bought a second e pen but the same thing has started to happen again. Any feedback appreciated.

It works very well difficult to get spares (eg atomisers )supermarkets sell tanks and liquids but nothing else any spares have to be bought online and a limited options of where to by

After being content with the first Vype e-Stick, it was then taken off the market as being 'non-EU compliant'. I then tried the Pebble, and bought quite a few refills; but all of them left a very bad taste on my lips & tongue & I stopped using it - I still have many refills unused. I now have the e-Pen and will see how I get on with this. I have spent a lot of money with Vype!

Fairly good products. On the epen & Pebble finding that liquid does leak into the mouth piece & battery life could be longer. Prices are on the high side too.

I feel you do not get the benefit unless battery is fully charged. When my e tank arrived I was very disappointed and realised battery was not at full charge. Once charged was so much better but does not last long. Also bought the bigger battery which is so much better although again to get the full benefit need to fully charge and again charge does not last long which is a shame as otherwise a great alternative.

When charging your device, to get the best out of it, wait until the solid green light has gone out before using (this will indicate the battery has been fully charged). Ease of use, pen is leak free and cartridge with combined coil is a great idea,pebble is awesome but far from leak free, the cartridge leaks out underneath and onto battery connectors and spoils it
