“The device itself is very good. I have got an Etank pro. But my last purchase was disappointing as the accessories I ordered didn't work at all. I wasted £12.”

“The small charge as you go, now discontinued e-cig was really a good device with a good range of cartridge flavours. The new maxx e-cig which I have just purchased is very heavy to hold and with a shiny surface slips through the fingers. Not very pleased with this device and also do not like the very bright light which shines when you inhale. The end needs to be darkened considerably. I also have the e-pen which is much nicer to use and my preferred device. I am still using the stock pile of cartridges bought when I discovered my original small e-cig was being discontinued due to some ridiculous government warnings. OK for the politicians to happily smoke in the Houses of Parliament!!!!!!!”

“E pen works great but not a very good taste Pebble tastes much better but keeps leaking when laid down not happy with them and I bought two some cartridges are fine then next one leeks back to e pen but prefers the taste of pebble as doesn't make me cough Just waiting for your next product as I like the technology of Vype they so easy to use”

“The purchasing process and the customer service has been first class from this company. However, i feel that this has been the case merely because they know that the product (Pebble) is below par. They have replaced one unit already, and they have admitted a design flaw - which they say will be fixed. In the meantime, i am left wondering how long my current units will last.”

“I had one originally and had read reviews that the batteries weren't great, so I bought another online from vype as a back up. Unfortunately, the e-pen they have sent me must be faulty as when I take a puff it turns itself off. Very frustrating ad when they work the product is great!”

“Bought to try to cut down on the fags and bought the 'Golden Tobacco' one . Big mistake. Me personally couldn't stand the taste or smell and thought to myself 'this is not going to work'. My neighbour emptied my tank and put mint in and it is a lot better. Rather expensive to get all the kit compared to the supermarkets. I will keep trying to use it as it is early days yet”

“There is a better range now than before, with flavourless new to the market. However customer service is currently poor - I emailed to ask when flavourless would be available in a lower strength 6mg format, but got no response back. Also been experiencing breakages with the ePen (the battery shell breaks easily in your jeans pocket), but I was offered no substitutes, even though I've ordered twice now online (which is a very fast service by the way). Pricing strategy is odd too; the pen and cartridges are much, much cheaper in the Co-op without being on promotion, so don't understand the premium pricing online”

“I like the shape of the pebble I just bought but it isn't a very natural position for your lips and there doesn't seem to be very much vapour. Visually very good but let down on the actual usage.”

“They didn't make me happy. As a first time trier I bought an E tank Starter Kit supplied with Blended Tobacco. My first reaction was a strong taste of Toffee. Thou very smooth it is far removed from being a tobacco taste. I the found my mouth becoming dehydrated and required constant drinking of water.”

“I have been using the E-Pen, and it O.K, but it is a bit fiddly with green light to turn it on and then the white light to actually vape, and then it turns itself off and then again it is press button 3 times to get green light to turn it back on, etc etc. It would be better if it just turned on and STAYED on until you decided to turn it off. Also VYPE seem to be always changing the flavours, so that when you find one that you like, it is then discontinued. It would be better if VYPE developed a range of flavours and across the board nicotine strengths and stuck to them on a permanent basis.”
