Well I have to say this bit of kit for the price isn't bad. If used too much it can leave you with a dry throat, the battery won't last all day and you get a build up of liquid round the mouth piece which doesn't taste so great. Other that than its alright. It charges quickly and the new wild berries flavour is actually quite nice.

the epend Vpro flavours are amazing (wild berry and master blend are my favourites, I don't care for the mint) but the problem is that vype only released these in 18mg. for me personally 18mg nicotine is far too strong, so strong in fact that I get acid reflux and issues with my throat when I vape this strength. this has forced me to revert to the "normal" epen ecaps of 12mg, which are simply not as flavoursome (but don't cause me any health issues). On the plus side, the ebox is a major milestone for vype and definitely a step in the right direction. But if vype are to corner the market for vaping then they should look to release more flavours similar to the vpro line but in different (lower) nicotine levels, 6mg, 12mg, etc. I do like a little "throat hit" but I don't want to get Oesophageal cancer either. I don't know why vype only released vpro in maximum strength, but they should look to release these in all flavours and strengths. also the ebox leaks when you refill it with liquid, something I have mentioned to vype customer services before. unfortunately this is virtually inevitable with the majority of top-fill refillable tank systems so it's not a complaint just an observation really. the ebox is a good product I am pleased with the battery life and the vape quality is decent. I still think vype are using too much PG in their liquids but perhaps this is because PG has a better safety profile than VG, who knows. Atomiser life seems decent (around 2 weeks for me personally) so I don't have any complaints there. would like to see more flavours though. Also, the drip tip gets hot during continued use, a common drawback with a stainless steel / metal drip tip, perhaps they could release a plastic version?

I don't know if the design of the epen cartridges has changed but over the last six packs one has generally leaked and been unsmokable. Delivery excellent.

Been on these for over a year now....shame vype don't do any loyalty offers on refills. Also I've had a new vype for 4 mths now but battery dies quick but no receipt..!!

It has helped me cut down on what i used to smoke. Flavours are different than smoking real cigarettes and nice change. Only downfall is or has been having to charge the E pen up daily for 2hrs. I thought that it would of lasted at least 3 days before having to charge up. And i dont use it for hrs each day.

The pros - stylish, easy to use, easy to charge and easy to change cartridge. The cons - difficult to get a proper smoke and can fill your mouth with nicotine liquid.

Just brought the vype e box, bit disapointed in its consistency, works well then check atomiser and doesn't work at all. Had this 2 weeks and on second atomiser as this seems the only way to solve the problem????

I recently purchased the Vype eTank, and for the first day or so it worked fine, however it did develop a problem that manifested itself in a very weak vapour, to the point that I had to suck so hard that I nearly collapsed a lung;) That said when I reported the fault to the folks at customer service they were superb. They responded very quickly and were happy to replace the unit without issue. The Vype fluids are certainly the best that I have tasted, in particular the Golden tobacco and Cherry flavours. I am considering upgrading to the eBox but at nearly 50 quid its a bit pricey. All in all my experience has been OK, hopefully the replacement eTank will work as expected:)

Bought the Vype e tank after trying the e pen. I like the e pen as nice soft, rubbery tip. Although the battery doesn't seem to last long. Found the e tank to be a bit hard to the touch- no soft tip like the Brio tank. So overall a bit disappointed.

I love the feel of my vype, and the battery lasts well, but I'm not keen on the clearomiser. It just doesn't give much kick and I find I'm struggling to get much out of it (especially the new type). The juices are ok, but would like more flavours and higher strength. I find I barely use it and tend to use it as a spare.

Disappointed with the lack of service when things go wrong like the e-tank tube that would not work at all and when I finally tracked down how to complain and was given a ticket number nothing happened.I complained again and was given another ticket number and thereafter - nothing.Is this good customer service? I don't think so. The two ticket numbers are as follows:Ticket ID: PGK-74088 Subject: Ticket ID: IFB-38193Ticket ID: IFB-38193 Subject: Non workingeTank tube If this poor service continues I will be forced elsewhere I am afraid. As a plus your new larger rechargeable battery is much better than the standard one. Rgds Paul Morris
