“I like my vote. After smoking for over 30 years, it helped me stop completely. My only criticism is when I replace the atomiser coils they do not always work. I have had 3 or 4 that have caused problems. That said, I wouldn't use any other type of vape.”

“I really like the Pebble and bought the product as soon as it was released. Sadly the batteries are unreliable and just not fit for purpose. I have bought a large number of them and every one has an incredibly short life. The money I have wasted on this is HUGE ! I have sadly had to give up on them.”

“I've been using the eBox for only 2 weeks and I keep getting check atomiser which is a known problem with it. There are a couple of tips to correct it but one of them means taking the device apart and pressing a D ring with a pen or similar object. This works for a while and then it goes off again. The eBox isn't a cheap item and you shouldn't have to keep doing this. According to my research there comes a point when these tips don't work at all and the device becomes impossible to use. Very disappointing”

Hello Brian and thank you for your feedback. There are retailers that sell our eLiquid, but they might not sell the full range, as it remains the retailers commercial decision. However, the full range of Vype products is available on our website, and you can either raise an order online, or by telephone, and the Customer Care Team are always on hand to assist.

“Very easy and convenient to change caps with no spills and no fuss. Great choice of flavours and many caps with a 18mg nicotine strength. Tried a few different e-cigarette makes in the past but by far Vype has been the most satisfying and best quality vaping experience for me.”

“I've been using the E-Pen for well over a year and after trying various flavours have opted for the crispy mint. Would not consider other firms, unless the mint flavour is discontinued! Good service when ordering online, and refills usually obtainable in my local store.”

“So easy to use and the order arrived very quickly. Satisfying flavours - particularly like the wild cherry. Wish the starter kits came with various strengths though as 18mg is far too strong and ultimately is a waste as not used, certainly in my case as I only use 6mg e-caps. Much better/easier to charge using the micro USB than the older screw in charger so a definite improvement there. Thanks for a great product at an excellent price.”
