It is very nice and looking good quite handy can use easily and carry in a pocket .material doesn’t burn the lip like other vape doses .no filling liquid required just change cartridges

I like your website - user-friendly and attractively laid out goods. Also, I liked the fact that my order was followed-up with notifications regarding delivery. Most of all, I liked the fact that you used Yodel because I was able to follow the progress of my package and, because of the way the tracking system works, I was able to estimate the time of delivery - which being a very busy person is really helpful. I hope you always use Yodel because this is the first time I've ever been able to track - almost to the minute - the arrival of an order!

All in all the best e-cigarette there is. Good flavour, easy and clean change of cartridges. The only down side is to leave your pen vertical as the oil seeps into the mouthpiece if left horizontal. This is okay for the epen as the end is flat but not for epen3.

The ePen 3 should not leak out of the mouthpiece when horizontal or vertical. At times you may experience small bits of residue at the mouthpiece, but it should not be a leak. The new e pen3 is awful , leaks into your mouth , used to get a day and half out of one cartridge your lucky with the new ones if they last 8 hrs . Cost more ... Get less ... Leak into your mouth..... Buy a different brand

Hi Andy, thanks for taking the time to leave your review. Our ePen3 cartridges provides approximately 200 puffs in our testing, but this will depend on your personal vaping behaviour. As the ePen3 battery is significantly more powerful than our original ePen, it will vaporise the eLiquid at a faster rate, reducing the amount of puffs it is capable of per cartridge, but increasing the volume of vapour and flavour delivery per puff. We are very sorry to hear however, that you’ve been having trouble using your ePen3. Leakage is not a common occurrence we have seen on this device at all, and as such we are keen to investigate your product as soon as possible. We can see you have been in touch with our team very recently, and we provided the return instructions for you to resolve this matter. It is difficult for us to investigate further without receiving your products, but we hope to hear from you soon, and aim to resolve this for you as soon as possible.

After you get use to how it works and changing the cartridges it works great and you can use if freely all day. The product design and ease of use is excellent in my opinion and easy to put away in your pocket, not too clunky and very attractive to look at as well.

Best thing I done to give up smoking and go vape. I use the epen 3 which I love but do think the refill pods are to expensive.

They are quite good. No leaking as they are capsules and not pour in liquids. Also less vapourising than I have seen in some pubs.

i wanted to try this to quit cigarettes because the hospital told me my chronic emphysema is getting worse. the device is small & simple to use, even the juice pods are easy to change, i cannot fault the design & technology at all. using this did cut down on my heavy smoking, but not enough to stop my cravings, maybe i should have tried their new nic salt pods, which i recently read are better for heavy smokers like me who are trying to quit.

Vape pen did not arrive. Yodel stated it was recorded as delivered and would look into it but never got back to me. Emailed vype to explain what has happened and they never got back to me. Money wasted on a present for my father in law who is trying to giving up smoking for a heart bypass opperation

I have used Vype ePens for nearly 4 years and in truth they helped me give up smoking BUT they seem to be winding down the version I use and it is becoming an inconvenience. Buying the caps is almost impossible as the outlets selling them have almost dried up (e.g. Sainsbury's, Tesco's etc) and I'm left only being able to but online via Vype which is not convenient. Also, they are unable (unwilling) to sell me new batteries as they say it is against the law BUT they will sell me a starter pack including the previously mentioned battery for a premium - this doesn't seem fair. I am looking for alternatives as I feel they are complacent about their existing customers.

I have found Vype products to be really good over the last couple of years. They helped me stop smoking and I’m now nicotine free. Recently I had some issues with my order and had to contact customer service. My order was cancelled because I had used an invalid card so I placed another order which went through but for some reason was cancelled by Vype. I contacted customer support and was basically dismissed by a very abrupt employee. I then raised a further query online and received an apology saying I would receive a £5 credit in my account. I waited for about a week and there was nothing in my account? So I contacted the online support team again and there was no response? I eventually went back on the website and completed my order but I am still awaiting a response and there is still no sign of any credit which I was told I would receive?

As a smoker for many many years and have tried other E Cigs I’ve never stuck to them .....this one I’ve manage for a week now cutting down to 2 normal cigarettes a day ....I found the 18mg too strong and it’s a pity shops don’t sell the lower strength ..I had to buy the 6mg from the website. All in all I found this “pipe” to be the best 👍👍

Great substitute, using this instead of having a cigarette more and more every day. Tastes really good, especially the peach swirl. Much cheaper also, would definitely recommend!

I have used Vype for a number of years and feel safe because of who the manufacturer is. I feel very strongly that I am unable to buy spare rechargeable batteries for my device.When I enquired I was given a silly excuse that you are not allowed to sell me the rechargeable battery on it's own. It's perfectly OK to buy the complete kit that includes the rechargeable battery. This makes absolutely no sense to me at all. This needs sorting out asap or you will lose my custom.
