“I've been using the e-pen system for the last 2 years. I like the simplicity and elegance of the unit, and the ability to change the supply caps within just a few seconds without getting e.liquid all over the place. It is not the cheapest way of vaping, but it is certainly the best. My only mild criticism is that it is cheaper to buy the e.cap refills at my local store than it is to order them direct by mail order. Surely this should be the other way round?”

“i have been using my Vype for a couple of years now and I am very happy with it and the ease of use right down to replacing parts and cleaning , when ordering liquids there is such a range to choose from and to experiment with and they are sent out straight away so there is no waiting for them usually get them in a couple of days. all in all a quality product and service”

“I have scrolled through earlier reviews and agree entirely that Vype's customer care is first class - efficient and courteous. I moved from the e-Pen to Pebble and think it's a good product. Its shape is discrete and its function fine. The battery life is not long [albeit charging is pretty swift] and I'd recommend having two devices. The equipment has failed me twice for no apparent reason but each time a replacement has been quickly forthcoming - back to my praise for the great back-up. I would recommend that you stop calling the devices e-cigarettes as they get too easily included with smoking restrictions. Vaping etiquette is important but should be distanced from tobacco smoking.”

“I no longer smoke and only vape. I have tried other makes but I have found that the tank pro lasts longer and the liquids are far more pleasant”

“The Pebble product is excellent. The style, the handling, design and the cartridge system - the vape is excellent too. When I had problems the customer service was excellent. They gave me extra cartridges for free as an apology. Then when I had some further trouble, they also gave me a free e-Pen kit to see if I get on better with it. As you can see the after service care is very good. They have some really good vape flavours like vanilla, golden tobacco and the master blend... very nice indeed.”

“I have been with Vype for over 3 years now and their customer service is excellent. I have had to contact them several times over minor issues and every time it was sorted promptly. Dont go anywhere else. Vype liquids are by far the best quality, and i have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“They are a good value product.They are easy to use and offer a good range of flavours in the e.caps.I particularly like the fact you do not need to fill them.It is so easy to replace the cartridge.I have various methods to stop smoking cigarettes and Vype e.cigarettes are the most effective way to do this.”
