“I had an issue with a Vype Pebble I had purchased because it did not draw any vapour through or very little. I had previously purchased one and that worked well so I was disappointed with the new one. I emailed customer service who made some suggestions which I tried to no avail. I emailed them again with this problem and they immediately sent me out a replacement starter kit which arrived the next day. Excellent customer service and very happy with the efficiency.”

“I feel you do not get the benefit unless battery is fully charged. When my e tank arrived I was very disappointed and realised battery was not at full charge. Once charged was so much better but does not last long. Also bought the bigger battery which is so much better although again to get the full benefit need to fully charge and again charge does not last long which is a shame as otherwise a great alternative.”

“The experience I had with e-pen was really amazing; I've started using it back on April this year and immediately I managed to stop smoking regular cigarettes (25 years smoker)... today after seven months I would say ... THANK YOU VYPE E-PEN FOR THE AWESOME EXPERIENCE”

“I have tried quite a few but the attraction of these is that the fluid is in a cartridge and so you don’t get it in your mouth. They are very handy and small and a nice shape. Love them”

“I stopped smoking a year and a half ago. Never had another cigarette thanks to Vype products which I have used since. Haven't found another brand which is as good.”
