I have just come off smoking and I thought using an e-pen would not act as a good alternative but over the last month I have been proved wrong, it deals with nicotine cravings fantastically and haven't had the need to smoke since. On a side note, I'd like to say the customer service I received was simply outstanding. My product did not arrive on time as the courier I believe did not deliver to the right address (no fault on Vype for this by the way). Anyways the product was eventually dropped off, but it is worth mentioning how committed the team at Vype are to ensuring that my product arrived (special shout out to Tony), they were consistently chasing up the courier on where the product went and kept in constant contact with me throughout and were extremely friendly on every call with them. Perhaps the best customer service I have received from any company. Could not recommend them enough. Overall, glad I stopped smoking!

Can not fault the products and customer service. The pods don’t leak, I bought a faulty device from a third party retailer and Vype sent a replacement out straight away. Absolutely outstanding πŸ™ŒπŸΌ.

Having purchased and used an Epen 3, I was unfortunate that the battery seemed to fail after a couple of weeks. I contacted customer service and found them to be courteous, helpful and efficient (not something I can say about some customer services I have contacted). After exchanging a few emails they have sent me a replacement. I have read some TrustPilot reviews of Vype and, based on my experience I have to say I find some of the poor reviews on that site make me very suspicious of their authenticity. I would highly recommend Vype for the excellent product but particularly for the customer service.

With this product, I was finally able to quit smoking for good after 55 years. The only product that really worked for me.

Tom @ vype HO went far and beyond to help me out. Had an issue with a epod kit i purchased from evapo, and the liquid was burnt on opening, he sorted out a replacement very swiftly and by far I am very happy for the quick response. couldnt be happier!

Excellent service, and I'm delighted with my Vype eTank Pro2. I've found it really easy to give up smoking with this, even after 30 odd years! Thank you to all concerned, I have recommended the Pro2 to friends now as well.

I cannot rate Vype high enough. I had an issue with a device I purchased from my local Tesco shop. Richard went above and beyond in helping me resolve this. Amazing customer service in all of my correspondence. I will use Vype directly for all of my purchases now. You won't be disappointed. Thankyou!

I spoke to Richard this morning over the phone regarding my Etank Pro. I purchased the device in February 2019 and it had worked perfectly fine. Last night, I went to charge it and one of connector pins inside the bottom of the device has bent/broken. I was mystified how this could have happened because this part of the vape is completely inaccessible. I cannot fault GOVYPE for their customer service. Richard was very friendly and personable. He took details of the devices battery serial number etc and informed me that a new device would be sent to me to arrive on Saturday, completely free of charge. I offered to send my faulty device to them, but in this instance, it wasn't necessary to do so. This company excell in customer service and they are real humans on the end of the phone - not robots reading from a script! Thank you, Richard & GOVYPE!
