“Can not fault the products and customer service. The pods don’t leak, I bought a faulty device from a third party retailer and Vype sent a replacement out straight away. Absolutely outstanding 🙌🏼.”

“Having purchased and used an Epen 3, I was unfortunate that the battery seemed to fail after a couple of weeks. I contacted customer service and found them to be courteous, helpful and efficient (not something I can say about some customer services I have contacted). After exchanging a few emails they have sent me a replacement. I have read some TrustPilot reviews of Vype and, based on my experience I have to say I find some of the poor reviews on that site make me very suspicious of their authenticity. I would highly recommend Vype for the excellent product but particularly for the customer service.”

“Tom @ vype HO went far and beyond to help me out. Had an issue with a epod kit i purchased from evapo, and the liquid was burnt on opening, he sorted out a replacement very swiftly and by far I am very happy for the quick response. couldnt be happier!”

“I spoke to Richard this morning over the phone regarding my Etank Pro. I purchased the device in February 2019 and it had worked perfectly fine. Last night, I went to charge it and one of connector pins inside the bottom of the device has bent/broken. I was mystified how this could have happened because this part of the vape is completely inaccessible. I cannot fault GOVYPE for their customer service. Richard was very friendly and personable. He took details of the devices battery serial number etc and informed me that a new device would be sent to me to arrive on Saturday, completely free of charge. I offered to send my faulty device to them, but in this instance, it wasn't necessary to do so. This company excell in customer service and they are real humans on the end of the phone - not robots reading from a script! Thank you, Richard & GOVYPE!”

“I brought an Ebox pro then found out the atomisers had been discontinued, got in touch with the customer service and they replaced it the next day with a etank pro 2, what a brilliant product, excellent throat hit, battery life is very good, approximately 8 hours with moderate use. Customer service is brilliant, highly recommended”

“Had a fault with my vype product contacted customer service and Jefferson contacted my very quickly to resolve the matter. He was extremely helpful and resolved this over a few emails and a call to confirm details. Extremely happy.”
