“I brought an Ebox pro then found out the atomisers had been discontinued, got in touch with the customer service and they replaced it the next day with a etank pro 2, what a brilliant product, excellent throat hit, battery life is very good, approximately 8 hours with moderate use. Customer service is brilliant, highly recommended”

“Had a fault with my vype product contacted customer service and Jefferson contacted my very quickly to resolve the matter. He was extremely helpful and resolved this over a few emails and a call to confirm details. Extremely happy.”

“I ordered the E pen and really enjoying it, I also got the V Pro pure unflavoured pods and it is more like a ciggy than any flavours, I can`t ever remember smoking an apple pie cigarette lol, I just wish there was a higher nicotine strength then the throat hit would be better.”

“Started with original Vype e.pen a few years ago then graduated to e.pen 2. I thought these products were great,and they were successful in getting me off my pipe and cigars. The e.pen 3 is a giant leap forwards and it's the closest I've ever come to the real taste of tobacco: the "Master Blend" is totally brilliant. I thought I'd run my e.pens together, but there's no going back to versions 1 or 2 after you've tried e.pen 3.. Well done Vype - and PS, despite having been a customer for more than five years, I have NEVER had to contact customer services!”
