I spoke to Richard this morning over the phone regarding my Etank Pro. I purchased the device in February 2019 and it had worked perfectly fine. Last night, I went to charge it and one of connector pins inside the bottom of the device has bent/broken. I was mystified how this could have happened because this part of the vape is completely inaccessible. I cannot fault GOVYPE for their customer service. Richard was very friendly and personable. He took details of the devices battery serial number etc and informed me that a new device would be sent to me to arrive on Saturday, completely free of charge. I offered to send my faulty device to them, but in this instance, it wasn't necessary to do so. This company excell in customer service and they are real humans on the end of the phone - not robots reading from a script! Thank you, Richard & GOVYPE!
