“I am revising my review -- my original order never arrived, however upon learning about this I was quickly contacted by Waking Herbs and offered a replacement order which I am glad to say arrived today. We have not yet tried the products but at this time I am giving the company a good review based upon their customer service. In a world where businesses often just don't care about customer service it is apparent that Waking Herbs does care about their customers. I look forward to trying out their products and will post about them in the near future!”

“Being in the USA it is always good to do Business with a company that is responsive. Laura does well in responding to most questions. The extra product samples are great added bonus as an intro to new products. Ordered probably three times now pleased with everything.”

“Got my products quite quickly. I’ve tried the yopo and cebil seeds so far and I can tell that they are very good and viable. I have a lot of other herbs that I will review but I am very happy with products and service! Thank you waking herbs for helping me conduct my study and comethru for me. “At first I was very impressed with this company and felt like the blends were superior to others. I was happy to have received samples and gifts too. Something changed though and I feel that the blends are suffering as well as the gifts. I spent almost $300.00 a month and I just became not worth it. Sorry for the negative review, however, I believe that you want honestly.”
