“Definitely needs work. Multiple failed deliveries, massive shipping delays, tiny product size. I do think your hearts are in the right place. EDIT: Waking Herbs customer service contacted me to offer me a refund of over 50 dollars for a product that never shipped....which I ordered it back in July. I'm amending my rating to Good and will change it to Very Good when I receive the refund.”

Hi Scott, Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. Although the majority of our packages to the US go through at a fairly normal rate, I can see that we tried to ship this particular order twice.
