Dear Alisa, I am very sorry you feel this way, the reason why Wouter suggested you call USPS is that it has happened before and they can help, sometimes also the address is wrong, so we like to make sure we search all the possible reasons for a package being delayed. I just sent you an email, please let me know and we can try to find a good solution, Laura

Dear Isaac, I am Laura, I just sent you a message. Please accept our apologies, we are doing our best and we truly love this project and what it means. Sometimes packages can be delayed, and that is different from country to country, and even among States. We will find a solution

“I have been ordering products from Waking Herbs for several months now. Every time I have placed an order I have been extremely impressed. Not only with their prompt shipping but the outstanding customer service that comes along with it. I believe that communication is key to any transaction and Philip from Waking Herbs certainly holds the key. I've sent several emails and each one had a response by the next business day. I have referred several friends and they have all had the same experience as myself. Absolutely flawless!”

“Of the two mhrb/acrb vendors I've tried, Waking Herbs is the only one I've successfully received orders from. Beyond that, the product quality is functionally sufficient though I can't speak any further due to inexperience. For these reasons I've been sending the seekers I know in real life and cyberspace straight to this source.”
