“I'll start by saying this is legitimately a better company to work with than Amazon. Not only have all of my 5 packages arrived within 10 days (not business days) they also included samples of tea, Palo Santos, and rapé. On one of my pipes they didn't have the design I asked for. They made up for it by giving me one with an even more badass design, and an extra pipe as well!!! None of this is a guarantee for what to expect with your order, I'm just telling you my personal experience with the best company I have, and will continue to, buy products from.”
