Need people to be aware this company has taken over one month and still no refund on a non delivered item. I ordered a bag for my wife and the parcel arrived but no bag inside ... I have requested a refund but this company still hasn’t issued a refund .... DHL U.K. have issued all paperwork to DHL Germany a month ago but still no refund

The most ridiculous customer experience ever. Ordered a bag just before Christmas but still haven't received it. DHL's tracking says it's been delivered (but no info where!). Wardow customer service not helpful at all and left me without a Christmas present + no refund, but instead just make me wait indefinitely for DHL's "investigation" to take place. Won't be buying ever again! AVOID!

IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS I WOULD. I ORDERED TWO BAGS - NOTHING ARRIVED. DHL SUGGEST THEY RETURNED TO SENDER TWICE, BLAMING COVID. TRIED CALLING AND ALTHOUGH WEBSITE IN ENGLISH, NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH WHEN YOU RING. NO REFUND RECIEVED AND DHL NO GOOD EITHER, I AM GOING TO TRY REPORTING TO OMBUDSMAN - FRAUDULENT WEBSITE !! SCAM - AVOID !

I’ve read a lot of bad reviews and comments on here, after I had placed my order!, so made me rather worried and after reading so much negativity I was convinced I’d probably never receive my order. However, I did, and rather quickly too. I placed the order on the Friday, had confirmation email straight away, had another email the next day to say it had shipped and I received it well packaged on the Wednesday. A lot of other people may have had a different experience, as it reads, but I thought I’d share my positive experience for anyone who was also worried like I was. I’m very pleased with my order

Worse customer service I ever had to deal with. Package has never been delivered and I’ve been told to go the police. Joke.

I've ordered the item at the beginning of October. It's the 27th of December and I still did not receive the item. It was said that the item will be delivered in 5-7 workdays. I've asked for the reimbursement, but Wardow did not provide it. I've lost my money.

Ordered bag. Paid for it. Was marked as 'delivered within a couple of days. It never came. No response from Wardow. No refund. This site is a scam! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I placed an order with Wardow, they took my payment immediately. Wardow shipped the package with DHL, before delivery Wardow had the package returned to them. I have not received my package and none of my money refunded. This is theft and I will take this complaint further. Wardow customer service is not responding.

I ordered a bag 2 months ago and it never arrived. Shockingly the have refused to refund me because they still haven't "clarified where it is with DHL". I reminded them that they are already in breach of our sales contract yet no refund from them. In effect they have stolen my money.

One star definitely too much for them !!!!! I paid for a bag online they took money straight away n now I have no bag n no money.They never send me confirmation of my order i was sending emails to them with pictures of payment from my account n they told me that if I really need I can order bag again!!!!!!!! Stay away from them people.

After reading so many negative reviews i was very reluctant to order from Wardow,but decided to just order as i saw a lovely Calvin Klein handbag with matching purse. Placed order on Monday 3rd August got my order confirmation then another when my order got shipped. On friday got a text msg from dhl to confirm my delivery for Saturday 8th August. Today it came, packaging was brilliant and so sturdy. Boxed in Calvin Klein boxes i was over the moon. Will definietly be ordering again. Thankyou Wardow for your brilliant service.

Wrote a review on Trust pilot but think potential customers should be made aware of the awful customer service. Bought what turned out to be a faulty bag. Returned for a refund and still waiting after 3 months. My advice ...... go elsewhere as the customer service is non existent.

One star is too much for the service of Wardow company. They were not able to deliver me package, because they have not gave the delivery service enough information so they can deliver to me. Most of call centrum service speaks only German language even they have perfectly translated website to much more languages. I have ordered a bad 5th on July, it should be delivered within 3-7 days and email said I can expect the package on 10th of July. 11th of July I have called to the service and asked where is the bag. They answered me they will deliver it this day. On 12th July still nothing. I called again for 4 times in one another week and wrote them at least 4 emails. They usually sent me a link for checking the package on delivery service site. The delivery service told me on 22nd of July they sent the package back to the Germany because Wardow haven't gave them enough information to deliver my package. So I wrote Wardow I am upset and I want my money back. They answered me they do not have free shipping to my country and they can give me my money back when I send them the package back. How can I send in back when I do no have it and it is impossible to get it?! What the hell. Are they kidding me?!

Made a purchase over a month ago. Due to one missed delivery the parcel was sent back but they lied and claimed that DHL was carrying out an investigation as to the location of my parcel. Dhl confirmed this wasn’t true and the company have basically refused to send me a new package or give me a refund. Scam scam scam. Stay well clear!!!

I had read many negative reviews about wardow.com before placing the order. Honestly, I placed it by luck and didn't expect great service. But reality exceeded all of my expectations! Just after a week, I received my order in a very sturdy box, lovely packed. I order an international delivery (Germany to Russia) Thank you! I will place another one order very soon!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a bag from them, advertised at a capacity of 47L. It arrived and, stitched right into the handle of the product was 34L. I double checked the web site and, sure enough, it still said 47L and the product details I received matched everything EXCEPT the description. I complained to the company and attempted to review their product on their website. They never responded to me, and they did not accept my review of their MISLEADING advert. Here comes the INSULT to the INJURY... If you wish to return the item, all costs are born by the buyer. I bought the bag for a little over £100 and it was a little over £50 to return it to the seller. IF I SENT IT BACK, I would have spent £50 for the pleasure of this terrible customer service, and still not have the produce I wanted. So, now I own a bag which I don't need and cannot resell in world where no one is travelling. I would AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - because, in the end, it will cost you too.

My experience of Wardow.....horrendous. My only word of advice......avoid. I placed an order. Wardow tell me my order was delivered. Wardow have not produced an actual version of any actual signature, nor anyone’s at our property or in the vicinity, just a typed surname. Wardow have sent me a geo-cache event of the delivery address which shows the point of delivery. It is not my address. Despite reiterating this over and over I need to prove the non delivery of the parcel. How do I do this when the evidence is so clear and they still do not listen. This is a never ending cycle meaning the money given as a present to me and spent with Wardow is in their bank account and I do not have the lovely bag I ordered nor does it seem anyway of rectifying. Please save yourself the same issue, my experience suggests you do not use this website.

The site is a fraud....bought a Brics Bag that they NEVER delivered. I believe they are working hand in hand with DHL which is a BIG shame !. They haven't refunded my money since 12wks !!!
