I’ve read a lot of bad reviews and comments on here, after I had placed my order!, so made me rather worried and after reading so much negativity I was convinced I’d probably never receive my order. However, I did, and rather quickly too. I placed the order on the Friday, had confirmation email straight away, had another email the next day to say it had shipped and I received it well packaged on the Wednesday. A lot of other people may have had a different experience, as it reads, but I thought I’d share my positive experience for anyone who was also worried like I was. I’m very pleased with my order

I placed an order with Wardow, they took my payment immediately. Wardow shipped the package with DHL, before delivery Wardow had the package returned to them. I have not received my package and none of my money refunded. This is theft and I will take this complaint further. Wardow customer service is not responding.

My experience of Wardow.....horrendous. My only word of advice......avoid. I placed an order. Wardow tell me my order was delivered. Wardow have not produced an actual version of any actual signature, nor anyone’s at our property or in the vicinity, just a typed surname. Wardow have sent me a geo-cache event of the delivery address which shows the point of delivery. It is not my address. Despite reiterating this over and over I need to prove the non delivery of the parcel. How do I do this when the evidence is so clear and they still do not listen. This is a never ending cycle meaning the money given as a present to me and spent with Wardow is in their bank account and I do not have the lovely bag I ordered nor does it seem anyway of rectifying. Please save yourself the same issue, my experience suggests you do not use this website.

Ive read quite a few bad reviews before purchasing but decided to take the risk either way. And since Im from inside Europe I didnt have to pay anything extra that wasnt specified already on the website. The bag came in 3days and its perfect! The color is great, the packaging too and the leather is genuine. Just to calm some of you who are in the same doubtful state as I was.

Very weak client care...... I’m very disappointed with the goods I receive from WARDOW. Before Christmas I ordered one Versace bag from them that came with a defect which made the bag impossible to use. I sent some pictures and also a video in order to illustrate the problem. I returned it and after 10 days I’m still waiting for an answer, which in my opinion they should at this moment already have send a new bag since I expressed I wanted the same article but in perfect conditions! But ok, I’ll wait. Even though my money is on their side. Then I ordered a leather laptop bag for me, the brand was "CHESTERFIELD BRAND". I work in the shoe business, I know everything about raw materials. The leather of the bag on wardow website is completely different from the one they sent me! If i could post pictures you wouldn't believe. They are deceiving their clients, and after showing them they said since the tag corresponded to the website the article was ok. How is this possible?!!?! Pictures can't lie! This was clearly delivering something different from what they advertised on the website. What happened here was this bag was made in a different leather than the one the website. And that is not what I paid for. Very disappointing because after sending them pictures of the bag next to a picture of the website, they still couldn't admit they are wrong. Never buying from them again.

The Valentino bag I had buy from them is FAKE!! Unfortunately I discovered this a bit late unfortunately, after I checked the label in the bag and it is written made in china !!!! I really trusted them and therefore I did not check the bag very well immediately when I received it.Also it took more than two weeks to be delivered.Very disappointing! This was my first and last time ordering from them.

I was so so worried after I placed my order as I saw some awful reviews on Google. My item arrived safely and very well packaged. The item is perfect, genuine and has tags!!! Very happy customer x

Scammers - should be closed down . Bought a Valentino bag which turned out to be fake - sent it back and stlll no refund . That was 4 weeks ago . No reply from customer service - please avoid !

Wardow do not make clear that taxes paid are local to germany. I paid £349 for a bag and was hit for £82:96 import duties and taxes when parcel force contacted me for payment. I did not pay duties and parcelforce returned to sender at no cost to me. I received refund in 4 days. the only issue to me is that wardow should make clear that HMRC will apply uk duties before goods can be delivered

The company doesnt care at all about the customers.They just want to take your money and that all for them. I wrote 3 times about delayed order that didnt even arrive after 2 weeks. it should be here in 5 days. They didnt solve my problem and claim that it is not their responsibility!!!!!! If I would know how much stress it is going to cause me I would not order it here as it is not worthy.

Ordered bag end of March 2022, 7 weeks later, still not arrived. DHL lost it, wardow just keep making excuses and refuse to refund. Avoid these scammers.

I ordered a bag 2 months ago and it never arrived. Shockingly the have refused to refund me because they still haven't "clarified where it is with DHL". I reminded them that they are already in breach of our sales contract yet no refund from them. In effect they have stolen my money.

The site is a fraud....bought a Brics Bag that they NEVER delivered. I believe they are working hand in hand with DHL which is a BIG shame !. They haven't refunded my money since 12wks !!!

Extremely concerning -avoid at all costs. Wardow have taken a Paypal payment, 4 days later they state 'no payment received' and cancel order? When questioned they state no payment received despite Payal confirming this who have now opened investigation and frozen Wardow Paypal account. I have never experienced such incompetence or negligence- other customer report similar neglect- avoid. D

I have ordered one valentino bag on 17th June2022. After two three day I have received information that bag is exported to uk via DHL . I am constantly checking the ref number and I didnot get any update since 21june 2022. The parcel is still in Germany and no further update. The company is not returning my refund as I requested. I have received an email and is mentioned that refund is not possible at this stage . So I have to wait ( This is the answer from the company ). This is my last time to buy stuff from this company.

Bought a Coach bag, wore it once and the strap buckle came detected from the bag and fell to the floor. After reattaching it happened again. Realised faulty clasp. Took months to try and return and again another 2 months to get my money back. I would not buy from them again

I got a Valentino bag, was to big, had to pay to send it back, over a month ago, still saying they've not received it, so bought another one, payed £95 for it, only had it three weeks an all the stitching has come undone, fuming, will never buy from them again

I don’t know what they do, but I am among a number of people who order from this company, they send it via DHL but the parcel gets lost in Germany. Very poor customer service, they just keep saying to wait as a delivery is still possible… after it’s been missing for 6 weeks, so I seriously doubt it! Have asked for a refund, but am not holding my breath. DO NOT ORDER.

Fake product. Not genuine leather or brand!! . Had to pay duty tax & took 3 weeks to arrive. Have returned the bag!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Absolutely Abysmal. Avoid these charlatans at all costs. I bought £400 worth of luggage, and received a £180 IMPORT CHARGE from HMRC and Parcel Force despite assurances that shipments to the UK would be free. To compound matters, their customer service number didn't work - I had to wait for 15 minutes on hold, then was told I'd have to wait for TWENTY days for a refund. This was despite stressing with them how quickly I needed the cases because I was moving to a different country for work. They just shrugged their shoulders. Awful.
