I don’t know what they do, but I am among a number of people who order from this company, they send it via DHL but the parcel gets lost in Germany. Very poor customer service, they just keep saying to wait as a delivery is still possible… after it’s been missing for 6 weeks, so I seriously doubt it! Have asked for a refund, but am not holding my breath. DO NOT ORDER.

They are so unprofessional!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS E-SHOP. They are thieves!!! I ordered a bag. The order was confirmed and they just cancelled my order. By chance (????????????) the same day the price was increased! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS E-SHOP.

We were worried having read some negative reviews, but we were very happy with the product, delivery time and service. There were no excess charges either. Would definitely use again.

Avoid this company. Delivery time took 30 days instead of promised 7 days. Return process is not working at all, instead of providing the return information company just replies with some generic (unrelated) emails.

Do not use this company. I ordered a handbag on 01.04.2022 to use for a wedding on 16.04.2022. Given that the company ship to the UK in 3-7 days, I fully expected to receive my order in time. On 04.04.2022, I received an email confirming my package was on its way. The email contained a DHL Tracking link. I checked the tracking a day later and the parcel was at the “export parcel centre”. I have still not received my parcel, some 25 days after the item was ordered. The tracking has not been updated since 05.04.2022 and despite requesting a refund on numerous occasions, I am met with emails telling me that delivery may still be possible, an investigation is ongoing and “If we have no official feedback from DHL after 12 weeks after starting the investigation (started on 13.04.2022), and in most cases we receive feedback after 4 - 8 weeks, then we will definitely refund the purchase price”. Meanwhile my £117.60 is sitting snuggly in Wardow’s bank account where I have no doubt lots of other poor customer’s have money sitting too. The emails I have received in response to my complaints are clearly standard template response emails which means this is a common occurrence. How this company can get away with operating like this is beyond me. They are nothing but scammers.

This company is a total scam!!!! Beware!!! I ordered a bag from them on 2nd April, with a delivery date of 08th April. 3 weeks have passed since and my parcel still hasn't arrived, I've contacted them several times, they've got no clue where the parcel is, they keep saying they need to wait for DHL to reply, even though DHL tracking history is a nightmare, with absolutely no details. Wardow has refused to give me a refund, even though I have the right to withdraw since I haven't received my parcel in 3 weeks as stated by them. The whole experience with them has been absolutely atrocious. I would never recommend this company to anyone, stay away guys. Till this date I haven't received the parcel nor my refund.

Fake product. Not genuine leather or brand!! . Had to pay duty tax & took 3 weeks to arrive. Have returned the bag!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Their stuff is real no doubt , but return process is pathetic . Make sure when you order that you will keep the item. Other wise you will be left with no option but to keep because international return is such a difficult process including customs and all . When you are returning item why you need to pay custom . They already takenVAT on that item . Wardow should be responsible for this. But they don’t take any liability of returns on international orders. Very Bad experience. Forced to keep item when it not even as pictures.

I was concerned after I ordered a bag and read these reviews, but happy to report bag arrived on time, especially after a long bank holiday weekend. Exactly as described and genuine article. Very happy with the service and would definitely buy from again. I have no complaints and this is a genuine review.

My package should have arrived on 10th March and DHL should have given it to the local postal service Bpost. On the 9th March I have been informed by Bpost that the package cannot be delivered as DHL lost the content of the package. This has been immediately reported to wardow.com and ever since they refuse to issue a refund. They say, I need to wait till DHL completes the investigation but my package is insured. So, then I am asking why am I being penalized that the DHL lost the package? They give blunt response with no resolution. Also, I have provided them official evidence from the local service that my package was not delivered. Even though, they have a disclaimer regarding the delivery time on the website stating that if the package was not delivered within 4weeks from the originally applicable timeline due operational impediment then I have a right to withdraw, they still refuse to issue a refund. So, I am currently having no bag and no money. Beware of this treatement! I will never other anything from this website ever again. They are stealing your hard earned money without any remorse.

BEWARE!!! I ordered a bag on the 16.2.22 two weeks later no bag!! I emailed, 4 days later I got a generic reply. I emailed again another 4 days later an email saying “bare with us the bag may come” 3 weeks Later still no bag. I emailed I got another genetic reply I was fuming 😤 I would never order anything again from this company on the 1st if April I got an email saying the bag was lost and I would get a refund that was in the 1,4.22 heard nothing since and got no refund!!!!! I did say send me another bag heard nothing about that either. On the 6.4.22 I got the money returned to my A/C. Thats taken from the 16.2.23 to 7.4.22 My advice to you would be find another online shop that will keep you updated and provide much BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I’ve never experienced any thing like this!! BEWARE ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK

SCAM COMPANY. AVOID. They took my money 50 days ago Never sent the bag Refuse to refund - despite the law Refuse to reply to emails except to say "please wait several more weeks" But have got time to remove all negative feedback from Facebook and other sites These people are proud thieves and liars Don't waste your money or time

I purchased bag from wardow, it arrived on time but decided I did not like it. Returned it but bag arrived back as refused by customs as there was no customs form completed despite post office stating you do not need customs form if posting from Northern Ireland. I contacted the company who were helpful advised they would extend return date therefore paid postage £16.60 a second time and just to be sure completed customs form. Low and behold the parcel made it to the company within the return date and was refused by them. To say I was upset is an understatement. I have sent several emails and no reply. Buyers beware, I will not use this company again

Wish i had read the reviews on here first, cost an extra £52 customs charge , it would have been cheaper on the high st , after sales is non existant , doesnt look like i will get a refund , at least dick turpin wore a mask when he robbed you stay away from this site

Placed an order and after 2 days I was informed me that the product was out of stock after all. In the meantime, I had already made the payment for my order. After almost 3 months and numerous emails, they still have not refunded me. Every time I email them asking for my money back, they send the same (fake) email..'the refund was made beginning of January' well guess what..still no refund....STAY AWAY...there are case of bad customer service but in this case it is called SCAM COMPANY...

I wish I had read these reviews ahead of ordering of this so called business! Awaiting delivery of a bag ordered a month ago with no sign of it materializing. Emails from customer service are vague to say the least and give no real options for resolution. I haven't even got to the point of being charged duty yet. All smells like a fraudulent company - NEVER AGAIN!

Awful customer service. They dont want to give the money back for the return costs. The person from customer service hung up. The bag is damaged already after 3 months. The leather goes out of the bag. I do not reccomend even to my enemy. Dramatic webstore.
