I ordered a bag from Wardow. It was not clear that I was purchasing from outside of the UK (it was sent from Germany). The bag got held in UK Customs awaiting payment of Customs Duty and Import VAT - something I was not expecting to pay. I contacted Wardow. They agreed to refund the Customs Duty and Import VAT but, for some reason, not the Clearance Fee (£12). So the bag was delayed and I had a lot of time wasted dealing with Customs. The £12 wasn't the end of the world but annoying. When I got the bag, it was really heavy and didn't have much space inside - a cabin bag with wheels. So, I wanted to send it back. I spent another £38.04 shipping it back. This was in Dec 2022. Now the begging of May 2023, the bag has come back to me. It has a new tracking number on it so I can't find out why (the address WAS correct.). ParcelForce can only tell me that they successfully returned it to me - great! So, I've not got a bag I don't want, that has cost me £50 extra due to the above costs and a tonne of hassle. Due to the difficulty in communicating with the company and the cost and complication of trying to return items...plus the risk of delays whilst things are held in Customs...I would avoid this company like the plague. Save yourself time, money and lots of hassle and buy elsewhere.

Foreign customers inside Germany may want to avoid this online seller. They have charged me twice for the same product and insisted that I ordered two of the same thing. If someone orders two identical items online, they can just select "2" in the quantity box. I did not do this. Their website generated a second, unauthorised order with a seperate order number, likely due to a glitch. I've had to dispute the transaction with my US bank. I also decided that since they refused to take responsibility for their error, I will reject the authorised order, if it ever arrives (courier services are abysmal in Germany) and dispute that charge as well.

Customers are misled My estimated delivery was stated to be 5 April unless there were strikes (of which there were none during the relevant period). I bought luggage for a planned trip and then had to buy a new set when these looked like they’d never arrive. I emailed to cancel and was told I couldn’t, but to return the goods on receipt - at my own cost. I ordered 2 cases and am so unhappy, I am yet to open both boxes - the one I’ve opened has the right product in it... It looks like I’ll now return the set I bought elsewhere as the hassle of returning the Wardow ones to Germany is too much. Wardow, enjoy whatever you made from my purchase, as I’m never buying from you again because of your curt and cold emails as well as your intransigence and utter poor customer service. What a nightmare for paying £440 for 2 suitcases!

Ive read quite a few bad reviews before purchasing but decided to take the risk either way. And since Im from inside Europe I didnt have to pay anything extra that wasnt specified already on the website. The bag came in 3days and its perfect! The color is great, the packaging too and the leather is genuine. Just to calm some of you who are in the same doubtful state as I was.

Dear EU shoppers, be aware that Wardow.com does not fully comply with the current EU Consumer Rights Directive. When ordering and returning orders within the EU, Wardow.com will most likely not refund you for the initial standard shipping which is a violation of Art. 13.1. (Chapter III of Directive 2011-83-EU). If you, for any reason, decide to shop at Wardow.com from within the EU, in case of a return and refund please check if you are also refunded for the initial shipping. If you are not, you may contact the local ECC (European Consumer Centre) and ask them to step in and help you receive a refund for the shipping.

Terrible experience with the company. Absolutely no one answers on Instagram or email. I was charged an additional 62 pounds for tax, it is not written on the site at all. Stop buying here anymore! P.S. the bag has not yet arrived, I'm waiting for 2 weeks

Very weak client care...... I’m very disappointed with the goods I receive from WARDOW. Before Christmas I ordered one Versace bag from them that came with a defect which made the bag impossible to use. I sent some pictures and also a video in order to illustrate the problem. I returned it and after 10 days I’m still waiting for an answer, which in my opinion they should at this moment already have send a new bag since I expressed I wanted the same article but in perfect conditions! But ok, I’ll wait. Even though my money is on their side. Then I ordered a leather laptop bag for me, the brand was "CHESTERFIELD BRAND". I work in the shoe business, I know everything about raw materials. The leather of the bag on wardow website is completely different from the one they sent me! If i could post pictures you wouldn't believe. They are deceiving their clients, and after showing them they said since the tag corresponded to the website the article was ok. How is this possible?!!?! Pictures can't lie! This was clearly delivering something different from what they advertised on the website. What happened here was this bag was made in a different leather than the one the website. And that is not what I paid for. Very disappointing because after sending them pictures of the bag next to a picture of the website, they still couldn't admit they are wrong. Never buying from them again.

I placed an order with your company on 13th December 2022 the item is damaged on the inside and outside packaging still in uk somewhere the track trace hasent moved you as the sender have just fobbing me off I just want full refund

The Valentino bag I had buy from them is FAKE!! Unfortunately I discovered this a bit late unfortunately, after I checked the label in the bag and it is written made in china !!!! I really trusted them and therefore I did not check the bag very well immediately when I received it.Also it took more than two weeks to be delivered.Very disappointing! This was my first and last time ordering from them.

Stop!!! Dont not buy from this company. What they dont tell you about is the import taxes you'll be hit with in the uk before they will deliver. Which will cost you more than if you just purchased it in the uk.

Order was placed 9th December 2022, it hasn’t arrived yet 06012023. Have sent numerous messages requesting a full refund, all I have had is empty apologies. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - I WISH I’D READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I GAVE THEM £151 of my money

AVOID!! I ordered my bag on 5 December I have placed numerous complaints that the parcel has not moved via dhl tracking since the 6 December, requested a refund and just got fobbed off saying they are looking into it. It’s now Christmas Eve and have to buy another present!

I was so so worried after I placed my order as I saw some awful reviews on Google. My item arrived safely and very well packaged. The item is perfect, genuine and has tags!!! Very happy customer x

I placed the order. My card was debited. I received confirmation email. I made a follow up 2 days later, as I had no news from them. They replied that the product is not a available!! If I had not made the follow up, I have no idea when they would inform me. My money are still with them. I don't recommend this site!!!

Company based in Germany…IF YOU ARE IN THE UK, don’t be fooled by the free shipping! I thought I had saved a few quid, but then discovered I had to pay nearly £130 tax etc. so rather then save money it has ended up costing me more then if I had shopped in Harrods, Selfridges or Harvey Nicks! The selection of bags and purses/wallets is fantastic.

I’ve had two bags from Wardow. I live in Scotland and I haven’t been charged taxes on them. Both arrived within 10 days and one I had ordered and changed my mind about it was cancelled altogether so I didn’t need to return it and wait for a refund. Can’t say anything but positive things about them.

I'm a customer from Azerbaijan and… I'm a customer from Azerbaijan and unfortunately, I can't send back defective items, I use a forwarding company address for purchases and Wardow knows about it. As I understood from an email conversation with Wardow that nobody wants to hold responsibility for a defective item. They are a fraud, they sell defective goods and waive responsibility. Isn't that violating my rights as a loyal customer? I think such an online shop shouldn't work in Germany.

No Refund No Reward Points Back. They cancelled my order because my bag was out of stock but they never refunded me and give me back my 200 reward points. A very dishonest company!

Ik had na 1 1/2 jaar problemen met mijn Vaude rolkoffer. De rits in de hoek was stuk. Na mailcontact kon ik deze gratis retour zenden en zou bekeken worden of reparatie mogelijk was. De garantie was 2 jaar. Na enkele weken bleek de koffer helaas niet meer te repareren. Ik heb mijn aankoopsom retour gekregen wat ik zeer waardeer. Reden om opnieuw bij Wardow een rolkoffer te bestellen. Hopelijk met een betere rits..
