“I called three "dealers" trying to get my NuHeat mat and thermostat. All of them moaned and said it would take 3 weeks or more. Also, I would have to make two trips, one to order and pay and one to pick up the material. These were 300 to 500 mile round trips. Finding WarmYourFloor.com online was divine intervention. They had EXACTLY what I wanted and at a substantial discount from the "dealer" prices. I ordered and 2 business days (DAYS!!) later, I had it in my hands. In fact, it arrived one day before the email telling me it was on it's way! This is my third installation of this product in my home and it has been the smoothest by far. “Customer Service folks were available, polite, accommodating, and efficient. I received all of my questions and subsequently ordered a thermostat from your company. It arrived by New York State home in three days with an offer to walk me through the installation with over the phone consultation if I desired. I may still avail myself of that service but for now I have contacted electrician who I believe will take care of the problem for me. I was very impressed with your entire customer service program. If far surpasses many others that are out there. I’m not sure I will have the need To purchase other products from you but I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to do so and I will tell others how remarkably good you are.”
