“These people are great. Very efficient on the phone. Helpful. Educational. And timely! Shipping the same day. Kelsey (I think was her name) talked me into a thermostat upgrade after I was set to buy the simple on and off model. I had not had good luck with programmable thermostats in the past. We went over my issues, and I upgraded to the one she recommended. Very good decision based on excellent advice. I liked it so much when I did my other bath, I upgraded to that same thermostat again.”
