“When I called in for help, the lady was very friendly and h elpful listening to me describe my issue, then helping me find a suitable solution for my discontinued old product. Shipping was also a good experiance as the item arrived 1 day before I was told it would be delivered.”

“Love the heated floor. Disappointed that I had to replace the thermostat. First time I've ever had to replace a thermostat due to failure..especially at $200 each.”

Hi Peter, Thanks for the review! We tried giving you a call, but wanted to reach out here as well! The sensor wires come inside the thermostat box for the system on your order, so once you open the thermostat box and take out the thermostat it will be sitting under the thermostat in that packaging. “I had purchased a SunTouch SunStat Command Programmable Thermostat model 500850 to replace my 14 year old Suntouch thermostat. My original thermostat was no longer available but choosing the recommended model as a replcement and then installing this new thermostat fixed my no floor heat problem. The model 500850 was an excellent choice and upgrade.”
