“I tried buying local, (Alaska), and was quoted 3-4 week out for delivery. One distributor estimated $500 dollars shipping. I'm not kidding. He thought it was "something huge coming from the 'states' ", even though I had sent him a drawing of a small bathroom describing the heat mat 34" x 54". I called NuHeat and they recommended I call WarmYourFloors. I'm glad I did. With the drawing email, I got a quote the next morning and the thermostat was shipped the next day. The order went to the factory and I received the mat within 4-5 days, including the weekend. Wow!”

“Went to your website to look at your radiant flooring and got a little confused about what I was looking at so I picked up the phone and called. The young lady who answered the phone was more than helpful in getting me set up with the proper items to complete the Job while on the phone.”

“With a little description, stuff identified correct thermostat and it arrived one day earlier the earliest scheduled. My electrician had no problems with installation. My toes are warm again!”

“WarmYouFloors continues to support its products with new and improved controls at reasonable prices. Ordering was quick and easy. I ordered 5 new control units and I got a call from an agent confirming that I needed 5 and had not made a mistake which was nice. She also said that they did not have all 5 in stock and my order might be slightly delayed, but I got the order right after that so was very happy with the service”
