“My only complaint is all I needed was to replace a relay that went out after 10 years. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new thermostat and relay as you have made the new relays incompatible with older thermostats. Shipping was fast and new products work well. I just wish I could have simply bought a relay instead of throwing away a perfectly good thermostat.”

Hi There - Thank you for sharing. We too find that removing a perfectly good thermostat is frustrating! But as you said, the manufacturer's relays no longer support older thermostats. Glad to hear the new thermostat is working well! Warm Wishes, Warm Your Floor
