“the first replacement thermostat broke within a year. Yes it was under warranty but I didn't wish to go through the hoops necessary to have it fixed or replaced so I spent another $200 and now hope the new one continues to work.”

“My Name is Ed and I own a renovation company. Warm your floor company is easy to work with and their products are trustworthy. we have utilized their system in the past and liked it. I did not know what the system was not adaptable to make smaller,, if need be, but we accommodated our issue without compromising the integrity of the product.”

“I had a problem and they told me how to fix it. The fix worked, to be honest i didn't think it would but the guys in the shop talked me through and said you'll be able to do it. Sure enough it did”

“good price, delivered on time, good install, I am not in love with the thermostat. I was scared off by the reviews of the thermostats with a timer but a timer sure would be nice. I also don't think it actually gets very warm. it does take the edge off of a cold floor, but to say it's warm would be a stretch. I”
