“Customer service was helpful until we needed something and then ... not so much! Our contractor had difficulty getting the mats and thermostats to function properly without tripping the electricity. WYF rep was NO help and gave the following solution “you will need to call someone else I can’t help you?” We won’t be returning customers.”
