“The product arrived quickly. It did not take long to remove the old unit and replace. If I was sending out the instructions I would include a little more information. My old unit had two small wires that we put in "away" and "com A". I got a failure when I did that. I finally decided to put the wires in the "two floor sensors". And now it works great.”

“Shortly after placing my order I received a call from customer service advising that the item I requested was on backorder and wouldn't be in stock until late July. The service representative advised that a a different item was available at a lesser price that would provide the same heating effect and was able to change my order on that call..and credit the previous order.”
