The order and delivery went very smooth. I asked WarmYourFloor to review my drawing so I was sure to be ordering the correct materials, and quantity. The only thing I wish I would have had was a drawing that included the estimated location of the warm wire as projected by WarmYourFloor. It took a little bit of trial and error to make sure I laid the wire appropriately for the length of cable provided. So far, just two days in, and we really like the floor.

After reviewing the multitude of both local and online companies that offer floor warming products I found "warmyourfloor" to offer the widest selection and the best prices, not to mention all the online support, tools and information available to help your vision become a reality. Replaced my thermostat control pad that had quit and been discontinued with the new model . 10 minute change out and we are warming the bath tile floor again. Great looking display and easy to program. Much better than the old model it replaced.

I called customer support to figure out what was wrong with my system that was not working. They quickly diagnosed the problem and four days I had a replacement in the mail and now I have a very happy wife. No cold feet at 2am.

Customer service person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience. Had my new replacement thermostat in days, easily installed it myself (as the customer service rep assured me I could), and am now ready for winter.

Sourced the website to find sizing answers for our small bathroom project. The total square foot age of the room is 64 square feet but the heated area is only about 18 to 20 square feet. I found it difficult to determine the proper length of cable to purchase. I had to go to another website to find a length matrix for the cable. Everyone told me to buy shorter, not longer, so that's what I did. I'm waiting for other trades to complete their work and then the tile setter can put the Ditra-heat down. We'll keep our fingers crossed.

We apologize if sizing was confusing, we have pre-built kits for ease of ordering, but not every size will be right for each project so we have all products that you can order individually, like you ordered. We also have a free quoting service if you're unsure of which size to purchase. Feel free to give us a call at 866-558-3369 before installation because once the cable is unspooled we aren't able to return or exchange sizes since it's considered a "used" cable at that point, and we want to make sure you get the right system for your project.
