“Ordering was easy, delivery was fast. Instructions for wiring with thermostat were difficult to understand but the YouTube video clarified the correct wiring connections. Thermostat works great!”

“Have to turn the electric box 90 degrees for new thermostat, why do you charge the mounting configuration? The instructions for operation the thermostat could be made simpler and a little more step by step.”

“The Wi-Fi thermostat controleld the floor just fine, the only two complaints are that there is no quck off button, and also the diaply only shows floor temperature, not the actual setpoint. Otherwise, its a nice looking controller.”

“We have Nuheat heat mat under our tile floor in the kitchen. Unfortunately the thermostat stopped working (it was 19 years old). So after searching the internet I found warmyourfloor website, with a phone number to call with questions (yeah). I called and talked with very helpful service representative who told me which thermostat I needed and then she helped place the order for me. Very much appreciated. We now have our warm floor again. Yeah!”

“After speaking with a technician I learned that Thermostats have a shelf life (mine was 17 years old). I ordered a new Thermostat for my Warm Floors. It was received very quickly and after installation, my floors are warm again”
