“Amazing product and amazing people to work with. They believe in educating the customer - explaining what cables and thermostats to use, how to configure for efficiency, how to correct mistakes if you make one etc. Excellent customer support by knowledgable staff. One of the owners Mr. Omar is a great person to speak to. We are heating our Foyer, Kitchen, and Sunroom - around 1000 sq.ft area. Fantastic user experience.”

“I asked for advice on replacing my control unit/thermostat for my existing heated floor and they gave me good advise about the repacement unit. They sent out my new unit quickly, it arrived in very good shape and was a perfect plug and play situation. And it works as it should at an affordable price. Couldn't ask for better.”

“Excellent customer and technical service! As an end user customer knowing little about heated floor systems, they guided me through the process from selection, measuring, understanding the warranty and through purchasing. I received the accessories in a couple of days and the custom mat in 5 business days. I will review again once it is installed. Highly recommend!!”
