“Response was excellent. confirmed the appropriate controller. Was sent very timely. Unfortunately, with the help from an electrician friend, we determined that the sensor in our 2004 floor was not making contact with the controller. In other words, no longer sensing. Therefore, we are going to attempt to remove a tile and somehow feed the the sensor wire etc. that came with the control we bought from your company down inside the wall and to the tile area. Dont have a lot of hope that this will work, but certainly do not want to tear up the bathroom floor.”

“Found the exact item I was looking for, at the same price shown on Amazon. I did have to pay for shipping, which would have been free as an Amazon Prime member, but Amazon's shipping time has been problematic of late (2 to 3 weeks is typical) and I felt I could depend on getting my thermostat in a more timely manner by ordering here. I was right. All in all, a very smooth transaction.”

“Got most of the order but did not receive the extra temp probes as promised. Salesman strongly recommended putting in two temp probes in case one failed the system could be used with the spare probe, great idea.......just didn’t make it in the order”

“The original thermostats (Solo) went bad after 10 years and we needed to get new ones. No problems with installation. Like that the new ones don't need reset after a power outage. Lighted face makes it easy to see time and temperature. Programming was easy.”

“This was a replacement of an eight-year old similar system that had failed. Very simple replacement and it works perfectly. Touch screen and wireless capability are excellent improvements.”
