When we last spoke with you regarding this defective unit we had referred you to the manufacturer to get a case number so we could replace it. Give us a call with the case number and we'll take care of this immediately.

“I called because the control unit wasn't registering. Your representative walked me through testing the unit. Once we determined that it failed completely the replacement was on its way. The service was excellent.”
